GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

AGE OF RENTER AND DRIVER:<\/span><\/strong>
\nAt least 23 years old.<\/p>\n

DRIVING LICENSE:<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe driving license of the car rental driver must have been issued at least one year prior to the rental date.<\/p>\n

SECURITY:<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe renter of the Pieria auto Rentals car is insured for:
\na. Death and bodily injury of third parties up to the amount of \u20ac1,000,000.00.
\nb. Material damages to third parties up to the amount of \u20ac1,000,000.00.
\nc. The renter is responsible for any damage or theft caused to the rental car up to its total purchase value.
\nd. Mixed Security (CDW)
\nMixed insurance limits the renter’s liability for damage to the rental vehicle to \u20ac400
\ne. Theft Security (TP)
\nTheft insurance covers the renter for partial and total loss of the car limiting his liability to the amounts in paragraph (d).
\nf. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
\nPersonal accident insurance covers the driver and each passenger up to \u20ac15,000.00 for death, total or partial disability.
\ng. No insurance coverage applies:
\n\u2022 For anything that happens to the car during its transport by ship.
\n\u2022 For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
\n\u2022 For damages caused by driving on unpaved roads.
\n\u2022 For damage caused to the undercarriage, tires, mirrors and antenna.
\n\u2022 For personal items inside the car.
\n\u2022 For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the rental contract.<\/p>\n

PETROL:<\/span><\/strong>
\na. The car is delivered to the renter with at least 1\/4 of the gas tank.
\nb. If the renter returns the car at the same level, there is no additional financial charge.
\nc. In case the renter returns the car with less petrol than he received, the cost of petrol consumed will be charged.
\nd. The renter is not compensated for any extra gas in the car’s tank upon return.<\/p>\n

PRIOR APPROVAL OF Pieria auto Rentals<\/span><\/strong>
\nWritten approval is required for:
\na. Transportation of the car by boat.
\nb. Driving the car beyond the Greek border.
\nTRAFFIC OFFENSES:<\/span>
\nFines and any other consequences are borne entirely and exclusively by the tenant.<\/p>\n

SECOND DRIVER:<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn each car rental, only the driver is covered by the above insurances. In case the other drivers are going to drive the rental car, they must have their driver’s license with them to be listed as additional drivers on the rental contract.<\/p>\n

IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGATED, REGARDLESS OF HIS LIABILITY, TO COMPLETE THE ACCIDENT DECLARATION, BASED ON ARTICLE K70 OF THE GREEK LAW<\/em><\/p>\n
